Yes, there is a physical edurance test for ssc. It includes running, long jump and high jump activities. Candidates are needed to complete the race in a given time. WHAT IS THE HEIGHT REQUIRMENT

The height requirment may change according to the post and your categories. However, for males it's an average 170cm and for female it's 157cm
